The COVID-19 pandemic has been causing problems all over the world, but while many companies have been forced to close their doors and give their employees time off so that they can remain safe indoors, WWE has been a little different.
WWE has still been producing shows even though they were without an audience at the beginning of the pandemic.
Stars like Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn have refused to come to work while COVID-19 is still an issue, and given the recent developments at The Performance Center, WrestleTalk is reporting that numerous other frustrated stars want time off.
“Some of the roster that we’ve spoken to are becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication from WWE during the pandemic, and some are considering asking for time off as we’ve seen with Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn.”
The site didn’t mention any names, but it appears that these stars could be in a position to ask for time off, which is definitely not what Vince McMahon will want heading into SummerSlam.
WWE is currently having a crisis with all of their stars being forced to undergo tests, which will only serve to further frustrate their roster as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause problems all over the world.
