New Podcast Announced By Jerry Lawler After Former Co-Host Accused Of Scamming Fans

WWE Hall Of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler has announced the premier of a new podcast he is calling “The Jerry Show”. This comes after news that his co-host on his previous podcast had been scamming fans.

Lawler’s new podcast will be co-hosted with Sean Reedy who already has two wrestling podcasts, mostly about the Memphis wrestling scene, “Booking Memphis with Jerry Jarrett” and “Memphis Memories” with Randy Hales”.

The King previously had a podcast called “Dinner with the King” but that was shut down after it was found that Lawler’s co-host on the show, Glenn Moore had been scamming fans. Morgan had been taking fans’ money for “commissioned” art pieces from Lawler and merchandise and not delivering.

Lawler addressed the issue in a series of Tweets, apologizing to fans and emphasizing that he does not do art commissions nor is he currently selling memorabilia.

Lawler also spoke with a Memphis NBC affiliate, WMC 5, about the situation saying he was shocked at Moore’s behavior.

“We did like 90 podcasts together over a period of years. This is a guy I thought was a friend and I trusted him. I’m certainly sorry this has happened,” said Lawler.

According to Lawler, his lawyer has advised him to file a police report and he is hopeful that there will be a way to recompense the scammed fans.

“Hopefully, we’ll be able to get people’s money back. If not, we’ll get them the artwork they tried to buy,” said Lawler.
