NXT has been pushing a lot of its talent forward over the past few months but every year many of these stars are lost to the main roster following WrestleMania, and many could be called up following this year’s Survivor Series too.

Joe Peisich recently revealed on Barnburner’s No Holds Barred podcast that many NXT call-ups are expected following next month’s show and one of these call-ups could be the man who was brazen about the Chairman of WWE wanting him on the main roster, since he wore “Call Me Up Vince” on the back of his tights a few months ago.

“Look for NXT guys to come after Survivor Servies, the night and two nights after Survivor Series and I heard that maybe Velveteen Dream may be one of them,” he said via Ringsidenews.

There are a number of stars on the NXT roster right now who would definitely benefit from being given the chance on the main roster, but Triple H and Vince McMahon are aware that these stars need to be balanced between brands and that NXT needs to still be able to function as well.

The likes of Adam Cole and The Undisputed Era, as well as Tommaso Ciampa and even Johnny Gargano, could also be given the nod alongside Velveteen Dream since all of these men would make an impact on the main roster but they would be a huge loss for NXT.

SmackDown definitely needs a boost and that could have come in the form of Rey Mysterio, who made his long-awaited return to the brand last night, but it will be interesting to see if there are a number of stars added to SmackDown and Raw following the penultimate pay-per-view of the year on November 18th.
