Paul Heyman’s Contract To Expire, Post-WrestleMania Plan To Produce And Star In TV Series

The Wrap reports the WWE Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar will be facing the expiration of his contract after WrestleMania 34 and with UFC publicly showing interest to have The Beast return to The Octagon, the source claims that Heyman’s contract is also up after WrestleMania.

It is reported that Paul Heyman has inked a long-time deal which will witness his Looking 4 Larry Agency partnering with Roy Bank’s Banca Studio to develop and produce unscripted content across multiple platforms.

The first project under the partnership will star Heyman serving as executive producer of the series along with interacting with other people on a set. The series is scheduled to go into production post-WrestleMania 34 with expectation that it will air later in 2018.

“Against my strenuous objection, Roy Bank has decided our first collaborative project will be centered around me,” Heyman said. “I have come to the educated conclusion Roy has made this decision based on a desire when pitching from the networks that we learn how to deal with rejection.”

It has been further noted that the new venture doesn’t have anything to do with pro wrestling, neither does it indicate Heyman leaving WWE post-WrestleMania.
