Private Party’s Interference Results in Triple Threat Match at Impact No Surrender

AEW’s Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen) will be the first AEW Tag Team to challenge for the Impact World Tag Team Championships this Saturday, but a new stipulation has been added to their match.

During this week’s episode of Impact, the current Impact World Tag Team champions, The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) were defending the titles against James Storm and Chris Sabian.

Private Party interfered in the match, breaking up a pin attempt by Sabian on Anderson, resulting in a disqualification win for Sabian and Storm. The Good Brothers, however, retained the tag team championships.

Because of this, Scott D’Amore added Storm and Sabin to the World Tag Team Title match at No Surrender this Saturday, making it a Triple Threat match.

While Private Party and their manager/mentor Matt Hardy were not happy about it, the match is official.

The triple threat tag team championship match will occur during the Impact Wrestling pay-per-view No Surrender on Saturday, February 13.

While Private Party is the only AEW talent officially announced for the event, there is a good chance that others – such as Kenny Omega or Tony Khan might make an unannounced appearance.
