WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat recently gave an interview with Wrestling Inc.’s WINCLY podcast where he talked a bit about his storied career.

Steamboat was a top babyface during the 80s going on to the early 90s and he faced many top heels in the NWA, WWF, and WCW. He was asked who he would have liked to work a longer program with.

According to Steamboat, he would have loved to work more with another WWE Hall of Famer, Ted Dibiase, the Million Dollar Man as he was just such a great character.

“We only had a few matches with each other and always ask each other why we didn’t have a full-blown program,” said Steamboat. “I would have loved to work with Ted and the few matches we had were great. But then again we always ask why couldn’t we go a step farther and work a two or three-month program.”

Steamboat also praised DiBiase as being a great guy off camera.

“He wasn’t stuck up or let stardom blow his head up. Even to this day when we see each other, he is very cordial,” he said.

Ali Comments On Being On Team Hogan

The lineup for Team Hogan saw a lot of changes over this week’s episode of SmackDown.

Aside from the announcement of Roman Reigns as the new captain of Team Hogan, after Seth Rollins was pulled due to his Falls Count Anywhere match with The Fiend, Shorty G and Ali were announced as part of the team.

Ali took to Twitter to give his thoughts about getting added to Team Hogan.

The match between Team Hogan and Team Flair is set to take place at Crown Jewel on October 31. Team Flair consists of captain Randy Orton, with “King” Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashly, and the Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. The final member of Team Flair has yet to be announced.

Bray Wyatt Responds To Firefly Funhouse Getting Burned Down

This week’s episode of RAW ended with Seth Rollins invading the Firefly Funhouse, beating on Bray Wyatt and trashing and eventually burning the Fun House down.

Wyatt responded to the act with a cryptic tweet that doesn’t really bode well for Rollins, who is set to face the Fiend during Crown Jewel.

Wyatt wonders why people are “constantly trying to burn everything around me” before asking what really makes someone a villain or a hero.

“Maybe everyone is bad deep down? Maybe revenge makes you a martyr? Fight fire with gasoline. Let’s burn baby,” ends the Tweet which includes a drawing of the Fiend.
