Last week on <a href="https://api.wrestlingworld.co/reviews/wwe-monday-night-raw-results-review-september-3-2018/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Monday Night RAW</a>, Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, The Authors of Pain, The Ascension, Drew Gulak, Mike Kanellis, Mojo Rawley, Elias and Sunil Singh destroyed The Shield in one of the most unmerciful ways possible.
Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins — each man was subject to a heavy beatdown and <a href="https://api.wrestlingworld.co/news/seth-rollins-suffers-legitimate-injury-on-raw/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rollins also suffered a legitimate arm injury</a>.
Strowman also delivered a chain of blows with the steel steps as the WWE Universal Champion was on the receiving end.

The Shield refused medical treatment following the brutal attack and a fearless Reigns took to Twitter to issue a powerful message to the heels:

The Shield will take on the team of Strowman and RAW Tag Team Champions Ziggler &amp; McIntyre at WWE Super Show-Down on October 6, 2018 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia. No better venue for a sweet revenge.

Reigns will defend his Universal Championship against Strowman at Hell In A Cell on September 16, 2018.
The Shield vs. Strowman, Ziggler and McIntyre storyline kicked off when Ambrose and Rollins ruined Strowman&#8217;s cash-in of his Money In The Bank briefcase against Reigns on RAW after SummerSlam. The Hounds of Justice then assaulted Strowman and drove him through the announcer&#8217;s table courtesy of the infamous Triple Powerbomb. The following week Strowman joined forces with Ziggler and McIntyre and thus began the domination of the heels.
Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose remained undefeated in Six Man Tag Team action for five months since their main roster debut and defeated some of the biggest stables in WWE history such as Evolution, The Wyatt Family and The New Day.

It is speculated that a babyface vs. heel locker room brawl will take place with the babyfaces siding with The Shield and the heels standing in Strowman, Ziggler and McIntyre&#8217;s corner.
A Lumberjack Match featuring the babyface trio vs. heel trio with the entire locker room surrounding the ringside could played out quite well too.
It&#8217;s also rumored that <a href="https://api.wrestlingworld.co/rumor-round-up/wwe-rumors-sep-10-2018-finn-balor-joins-the-shield-wwe-evolution-paul-heyman-more/2/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Finn Bálor will join The Shield</a> to even the odds.
