<p>Ronda Rousey forced Charlotte Flair to tap to the armbar at WrestleMania 38, but the referee was unable to see the submission after he was taken out.</p>



<p>Rousey was later hit with a Big Boot and Flair was able to retain her Championship, which led into this week&#8217;s episode of SmackDown. </p>



<p>Rousey was less than impressed and, whilst she blamed herself for her loss, she also made it clear that she wanted a rematch. The Baddest Woman on the Planet challenged Charlotte Flair to an &#8220;I Quit&#8221; Match at WrestleMania Backlash which The Queen refused. </p>

<p>Despite this, Rousey claimed that the match would happen and that she would force Flair to scream &#8220;I Quit&#8221; when she bend her arm the wrong way. </p>
