Ronda Rousey has only been in WWE since January and she has already stolen the show as part of her tag match with The Authority at WrestleMania, fought for the Women’s Championship at Money In The Bank and main evented this past week’s episode of RAW.
The former UFC Champion may only be three matches into her wrestling career, but she already has some optimistic goals when it comes to her wrestling career.
Rousey has had a lot of success on screen and inside the Octagon, but it appears that the one place she wants to make a difference is as part of WrestleMania.
The former Olympian recently spoke to Sports Illustrated where she revealed that she wants to be the first woman to main event WWE’s biggest event of the year.
“It’s definitely a goal of mine to be one of the first women to headline WrestleMania, but who that would be against or even if that would be a possibility is yet to be seen.”
Rousey was part of WrestleMania 34 and was able to defeat Stephanie McMahon and Triple H in tag team action, but she also revealed that one of the best moments of the night for her was actually following the match.
“The most memorable moment of WrestleMania was right after I won. I was looking around trying to find my husband and our two boys in the stands.”
“When I did, being able to tell them I love them and share that moment with them was one of the best memories I have because, despite all my previous successes, this was the first time I had my own family there to share it with me.”
