Wrestling legend Rob Van Dam has left Impact Wrestling, according to the latest report by PWInsider. The ECW and WWE veteran is now a free agent, along with his partner Katie Forbes.
RVD’s contract with Impact had expired quite some time ago, and the former WWE Champion was working on short-term agreements with the company.
His storyline with Forbes ended recently, which was the final bit for him in the company.
RVD recently revealed that he is interested in working with WWE and AEW, and will be willing to listen to offers. He also said that he is working on an unnamed project with WWE, which could be leading to a return for the 50-year old.
RVD last wrestled for WWE more than five years ago but made an appearance at the RAW Reunion in 2019.
Van Dam’s last feud in Impact was against former Impact Champion Sami Callihan.
