Ryback Addresses Potential Deal With All Elite Wrestling

Former Superstar Ryback left WWE in 2016 after having a successful run in the promotion. The departure was somewhat unceremonious as The Big Guy claimed to have parted ways with WWE due to lack of equal pay and creative frustrations.

Ryback was recently asked about signing a potential deal with All Elite Wrestling to which he gave a very straightforward response.

It would have been interesing to see where things would have gone if Ryback was still with WWE. Given his size and stamina, The Big Guy might have been a top contender for the prestigious Universal Championship.

Sasha Banks Takes Shot At Brock Lesnar & Ronda Rousey

Sasha Banks will face Ronda Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship at the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view event in Phoenix. Ahead of her title match, Banks took shots not only at her Rumble opponent but also at the reigning WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.

It’s interesting to see The Boss taking a jab at The Beast. Both Brock and Ronda enjoy special privileges in WWE that allow them to take more time off as compared to the rest of the locker room.

WWE Opens First International Performance Center

On Good Morning Britain, WWE NXT UK Champion Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate and Trent Seven announced that WWE has opened its first international Performance Center in the UK. This is the first overseas Performance Center and WWE has plans to open more centers in other parts of the world in pursuit of global expansion.

Triple H said the following in WWE’s official press release:

“This is the latest milestone in our global localization strategy and the next step in establishing local NXT brands around the world. We are incredibly proud to open the UK Performance Center and provide our NXT UK Superstars the same world-class coaching and development programs that we deliver at WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.”

Daniel Bryan Gives A Nod To Royal Rumble Rumors

WWE Champion Daniel Bryan recently confirmed a major Royal Rumble rumor that has gotten fans hype ever since it started making rounds in the IWC. According to the rumor, Superstars will be coming out of the baseball dugout in Chase Field. The entrance ramp is also expected to have a sharp bend to it.

“It’s an incredible stadium, and we were actually just talking about what the metamorphosis would look like. Right now the thought is that we come out of the dugout. We’ve never had a Royal Rumble at a baseball stadium before. I’m super psyched, I’ve never come out of a dugout to go to a wrestling show before, so I think it should be exciting”, he said via ABC15 Arizona
