Samoa Joe has been working as a color commentator on Monday Night Raw for quite some time now. He concussed himself while shooting a commercial for WWE in February 2020. Since then, he has replaced Jerry Lawler on Raw’s commentary team.
For those who don’t know, Joe had grown a ponytail in the past few months. Recently, he posted an image on Instagram where The Samoan Submission Machine revealed that he has donated his hair to charity.
Joe wrote, “It was a good run, hopefully, it will find a better purpose at CWHL.”
Fans don’t know when Joe will return as a wrestler again. Reportedly, Vince McMahon is liking his work as an analyst on Raw’s commentary team and this might be one of the reasons Joe hasn’t returned full-time as a wrestler yet.
Eventually, he will return as a wrestler because WWE knows he’s too good of a performer to be wasted on the announcer’s desk.
