Sasha Banks’ Elimination Chamber Match Could Be Up In The Air
Last night on Monday Night Raw, it was proved that Sasha Banks hadn’t been cleared to compete by WWE, because she wasn’t actively part of the match that was planned between The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection and Alicia Fox and Nikki Cross.
Instead before the match went ahead, Banks and Bayley were attacked from behind by Fox and Cross but Banks was hardly physically touched by the duo, whilst Bayley was the one who took most of the beatdown.
Banks was listed to be tested ahead of RAW and the fact that she wasn’t part of anything really physical last night proved that the former RAW Women’s Champion wasn’t cleared.
Banks is expected to be part of the Elimination Chamber match at the pay-per-view of the same name, but her current injury, which is thought to have happened back at the Royal Rumble means that she could be unable to compete.
Seth Rollins Struggling With Back Injury
Seth Rollins didn’t appear on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw live from Portland as The Architect continued to rehab his injured back which is thought to be keeping him sidelined for the next few weeks.
Rollins reportedly suffered the injury long before his recent introduction into the storyline with Brock Lesnar, but according to The Wrestling Observer it’s not an injury that has WWE worried about his WrestleMania match.
“Okay, so Seth Rollins has a bad back. He was off TV tonight. They’re gonna rest him up. I was told it’s not WrestleMania threatening. He may not be on the next pay-per-view, that one I don’t know because the pay-per-view is only in a couple of weeks,” he said via Ringsidenews.
AJ Styles Suffering From Hernia
AJ Styles was reported to have been injured along with a number of other stars this past week, but it wasn’t revealed what Styles was actually struggling with.
According to Dave Meltzer on The Wrestling Observer, Styles is suffering from Hernia, which means that his time on the sidelines is quite hard to determine.
“AJ has a Hernia. I don’t know where that would stand as far as tomorrow goes. That’s the injury,” he said via Ringsidenews.
