The RAW Tag Team Championship changed hands yet again when Universal Champion Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman defeated The O.C. to win the titles this week on Monday Night RAW.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson put their titles on the line against the Seth-Braun duo in the main event of RAW. United States Champion AJ Styles was at ringside to support The Good Brothers.

An exciting matchup, all four Superstars did a good job with Rollins hitting the Curb Stomp on Styles and Strowman planting Anderson with a Running Powerslam for the finish.

The latest victory has earned Rollins the status of dual champ for the second time in his career. In 2015, The Beastslayer held both the WWE Championship and United States Championship simultaneously.

Strowman has been on a title drought for over a year now but the RAW Tag Team Title victory has again landed him the main event spot. The Monster Among Men had previously won the title with Nicholas (WrestleMania 34) but the bizarre thing is, that’s the only title he has won on the main roster till date!

Rumours of a potential Strowman heel turn have started doing the rounds as he is likely to challenge Rollins for the Universal Title at Clash Of Champions next month. And the good news is, the WWE Universe is set to have their new RAW Team Champions as early as September 15. However, the gold is likely to be handed to The O.C. yet again.

It is to be noted that Rollins’ girlfriend and reigning RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch had held the big red belt together with the SmackDown Women’s Title for over a month post-WrestleMania 35. WWE crowning Rollins and Lynch dual champs in the same year proves that the duo is the new power couple in the company at present.
