Seth Rollins Declares Himself Captain of Team SmackDown for Survivor Series

RAW and SmackDown will go-head-to-head with each other in the battle for brand supremacy in just two weeks at WWE Survivor Series.

This year, the men’s teams for the traditional 5-on-5 elimination match have struck a remarkable balance, with the fifth spot still vacant in both teams.

This past week on Talking Smack, Seth Rollins declared himself the captain of Team SmackDown for Survivor Series.

While WWE is yet to announce the captains for both teams, the Monday Night Messiah noted that there’s only one great leader on team blue and that’s him.

“Let’s be honest. I know everyone thinks they’re leading and that’s fair. I appreciate that, I like that gamesmanship. But the truth is there’s only one great leader, one great redeemer and that is me. I will be leading Team SmackDown – for the first time in my career, mind you, against Team RAW at Survivor Series.”
