Shawn Michaels recently announced that he will be making his return to the ring for the first time in eight years when he teams with Triple H to take on The Brothers of Destruction at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on November 2nd.
It has been speculated that Michaels could make his return to the ring a more permanent thing since he is expected to face The Undertaker at Survivor Series in a few weeks time, but he has also been rumored to be part of a fantasy match at WrestleMania 35.
WrestleTalk recently confirmed that Michaels would be part of WrestleMania 35 and that his opponent could be AJ Styles. The current WWE Champion was rumored to be facing Michaels back at The Royal Rumble but this was later stated to be mere speculation, even though both men have shown an interest in facing one another.

Styles isn’t expected to be WWE Champion heading into WrestleMania, so this could be an interesting exhibition match between both men and it could well be the last match that Michaels is part of since reports suggest that he may only return for five contracted bouts.
It is thought that one of these matches would be Crown Jewel, against Undertaker at Survivor Series, as part of The Royal Rumble and then one more match either before or after his rumored bout with Styles in New York.
Michaels recently invaded NXT UK tapings to help save British Strong Style where he delivered a number of Sweet Chin Music’s which shows that The Show Stopper is still in great physical condition and that fans will be in for a treat at Crown Jewel.
