Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose rode together for one last time in WWE.

Last night at Fastlane, The Shield battled the team of Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley in a wild main event matchup.

Michael Cole repeatedly announced that Ambrose hasn’t signed a new contract with WWE; his current deal expires in late April.

Deep into the match, Reigns and Corbin were the only men present in the ring as the other four heavyweights fought in the crowd. The ringside brawl almost reached the Kickoff show set, but everyone made it back to the squared circle eventually.

The match was nothing short of spectacular as all six Superstars made sure to put up the best possible performance in case The Moral Compass didn’t renew his deal later on and it was truly the last ride together for The Hounds Of Justice.

Lashley was Curb Stomped on the announcers’ desk while McIntyre was Triple Powerbombed through it.

The Shield hit the signature Triple Powerbomb one last time on Corbin as The Big Dog pinned The Lone Wolf to score the victory.

Ahead of Fastlane, The Wrestling Observer reported that WWE is relentlessly trying to convince Ambrose to stay with the company post-WrestleMania 35.

Per Rajah, WWE is considering taking Renee Young off the RAW commentary team. At present, Young joins Michael Cole and Corey Graves at the desk on Monday nights.

“There have been discussions with WWE officials to take Renee Young off of the Raw commentary team.”

While no other details are currently available on Renee, it’s worth noting that the discussion to withdraw her from her current role have surfaced at a time when her husband, Ambrose, is set on leaving the company next month.

Renee’s matter could be totally unrelated, but at this point, it’s safe to assume that with this move, WWE is trying to make Ambrose reconsider his decision, thus weighing in on the next move in his career.
