Maria Kanellis has been out of action ever since the fall of 2017 when it was revealed that she was expecting her first child with her husband Mike Kanellis.

The former Ring of Honor and Impact Wrestling star gave birth to her daughter earlier this year, a girl called Fredrika Moon and has since been working hard to get back in the ring ahead of Evolution.

Maria was unable to be part of the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble back in January since she was on maternity leave at the time but is hoping to be able to make history with the rest of the Women’s Division as part of the first-ever all-Women’s pay-per-view.

Sadly Maria has faced something of a setback recently after she shared the following update on Instagram that showed that she had broken her wrist, but was still able to continue all of her duties as a parent.

Maria is expected to be healed in time to still be able to work as part of the pay-per-view since there is rumored to be a Women’s Battle Royal as part of the show so that all 50 women who are said to be part of the show will be featured.

It’s likely that Maria will be part of this battle royal since she isn’t someone who has been used as a wrestler on WWE TV since her return.

Mike Kanellis has been underused on WWE TV over the past few months as well, but hopefully, when his wife returns to TV, the couple will be pushed forward in the same way they were following their debut at Money In The Bank back in June last year.
