Survivor Series: Seth Rollins Sacrifices Himself, Team Raw Completes Clean Sweep

SmackDown’s men’s team kicked off the main Survivor Series show knowing that they were already one victory behind after The Miz was able to win the dual brand battle royal.

In what could well be Seth Rollins’ last WWE appearance for a number of months, The Messiah asked for the tag from Kevin Owens and then stepped into the ring and allowed Sheamus to hit The Brogue Kick on him to be eliminated.

Rollins claimed that it was for The Greater Good before kneeling down for Sheamus, but it appears that this sacrifice could have been the reason why Team SmackDown is now 2-0 down overall.

Kevin Owens was then eliminated, quickly followed by Baron Corbin as Raw continued to dominate. Otis and Jey Uso tried to battle the five men of Raw, but a running powerslam secured Otis’ fate before Jey Uso superkicked everything in sight in the hopes that he could battle back through the odds.

In the end, the odds were too much for Jey Uso as Keith Lee was able to tag in and deliver the Spirit Bomb for the clean sweep victory. After the match, Team Raw hugged it out and celebrated together.
