The newest class of trainees has reported to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando Florida.
PWInsider is reporting that, among others, Parker Boudreaux is part of the latest WWE Performance Center Class. Boudreaux is a college football talent who is also known for his uncanny resemblance to Brock Lesnar.
They have also reported that former Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion Taya Valkyrie has officially reported to the PC.
Valkyrie is known for her work in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide and in Impact Wrestling. She is the longest-reigning Knockouts Champion in history, having held the title for 377 days in 2019. She is also the wife of current WWE superstar John Morrison.
Boudreaux and Valkyrie are believed to be part of a class that will eventually number 30.
So far, the other reported members of the class include three women known from the indie scene who were participants in the first Dusty Rhodes Women’s Tag Team Classic Tournament.
Gigi Dolan and Cora Jade were a team in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, getting defeated in the first round.
The 23-year old Dolan formerly wrestled under the name Priscilla Kelly. She is known for her work in the indie scene, particularly for EVOLVE Wrestling. She was also a participant during the 2018 Mae Young Classic.
Jade is a Chicago-based wrestler formerly known as Elayna Black. She has been wrestling since 2018 and has been a regular on Warrior Wrestling; she has also appeared on AEW Dark.
Zoey Stark tagged with NXT’s Marina Shafir during the tournament. Formerly known as Lacey Ryan, she is known for her work on the West-coast wrestling scene. She was a regular on Championship Wrestling from Hollywood and has appeared on Impact Wrestling.
Stark has already debuted on NXT. Last week, she won a singles match against Valentina Feroz. Stark seems to have impressed, as this week it has been announced that she has a non-title match against NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai.
Another member of the class is Bronson Rechsteiner, a 23-year old football player who is also the son of former WWF and WCW wrestler Rick Steiner. He was a running back and fullback for the Kennesaw State Owls and also competed in the wrestling team.
The 29-year old Karissa Rivera might be slightly familiar to WWE audiences as she played Bobby Lashley’s ex-wife during a WWE vignette last year. She has wrestled for ROH and Outlaw Wrestling as well as other Northeast independent promotions.
The 36-year old Anthony Henry is a former EVOLVE Tag Team Champion and a FIP champion. He’s also known for his work in the North Carolina wrestling scene. He’s held all of the major championships of Premiere Wrestling Xperience in the Carolinas.
The newly named Christian Hubble, formerly known as Blake Christian, had formerly worked for New Japan, Impact Wrestling, and GCW.
