A couple of weeks ago, 2-time WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella confirmed that her 6-year long relationship with 16-time World Champion John Cena is officially over.
Cena and Bella split in April, 2018 and soon reconciled a month later according to various media outlets. However, Bella kept gunning down such reports of their reconciliation claiming that she and Cena were “working things out.” The former power couple was also spotted together in mid-May.
Real-life WWE couple, and stars of The Miz and Mrs. television show, The Miz and Maryse were recently interviewed by Fox News. The 8-time WWE Intercontinental Champion expressed his honest opinion on Cena and Bella’s break-up.
“You always wish the best for everyone. You hope that John is good, you hope that Nikki is good – you hope everyone is good. We try to generate positivity with everything we do.
“We hope everyone is doing great –we’re doing great, and if you need examples, we’ll be your role models.”
The A-Lister also talked about the recent birth of his daughter, Monroe Sky Mizanin, the life of being a dad, filming their show on the USA Network and much more while on the pink carpet at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards in New York City.
Cena and Bella began dating in 2012 and were engaged after The Champ got down on his knees and proposed at WrestleMania 33. The couple also called off their wedding that was set to take place this May and Nikki claims she was the one who came up with the decision first.
