The Miz has done some of the best work in his career as a heel, and turned face in Summer last year, when his show first debuted on USA Network. Miz talked about how the birth of this daughter helped him switch over from the dark side, and his character from Miz & Mrs helps him identify with the fans in a better way.

“For the past 13 years, I have been a villain. I’ve been egotistical, arrogant, cocky, evil if you will. Now, with Miz and Mrs. coming along, I’ve turned into a good guy. People know Mike Mizanin now on my show and they look at me and they go, ‘Oh, we like him.”

Miz went on to plug SummerSlam and talked about his canceled match-up with Dolph Ziggler. He maintained kayfabe during this bit and went on to talk about how Goldberg could be wrestling at his last SummerSlam and that’s why he let Goldberg face Ziggler at SummerSlam by tricking Ziggler into signing the contract.
