Since the beginning of 2019, WWE began locking Superstars to longer contracts to prevent talents from jump shipping to rival promotions. With two weeks still left on this year’s calendar, the billion-dollar promotion has renewed the contracts of five top Superstars on the current roster.
During The Satin Sheet segment on WWE Backstage, it was announced that Big E and Xavier Woods have signed new five-year deals. Kofi Kingston has also signed a similar five-year contract as reported earlier.
All three members of The New Day have negotiated the same terms and pay as a sign of solidarity.
Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins of The Street Profits were also reported of having signed new multi-year deals, but the exact length of their contracts wasn’t revealed. With RAW Executive Director Paul Heyman‘s strong backing, the duo has been sensational on the main roster and is already a strong favorite to win tag team gold at WrestleMania 36.
