Will The Usos walk into WrestleMania as Champions?

The Usos won The SmackDown Tag Team Championships at Fastlane when they were able to defeat The Miz and Shane McMahon, a loss that later cost the two stars their friendship and led to the SmackDown Live Commissioner announcing that he will face The Miz at WrestleMania next month.

The Usos don’t currently have challengers heading into WrestleMania and it’s unknown as to whether or not the two brothers will be defending the titles on The Grandest Stage of them All, but if they are able to walk into WrestleMania with the SmackDown Tag Team Championships, then they will make history.

The Usos were Champions heading into WrestleMania 33 even though they didn’t defend the titles and last year’s show saw them defend the SmackDown Championships for the first time at WrestleMania in a triple threat match against The New Day and The Bludgeon Brothers.

Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rousey are not being advertised for SummerSlam

WrestleMania may be next month, but it appears that the build up to SummerSlam has already begun with WWE sending out their advertisements in advance.

The promotional posters for the show are obviously missing a number of key names, including Dean Ambrose, who is rumored to be leaving the company when his contract expires next month, even though the company is doing everything they can to persuade him to stay.

Ronda Rousey isn’t part of the promotions either, since there are reports that she will be taking time away from WWE following WrestleMania, but it’s reportedly completely up to her to choose when she wants to leave the company.

The other huge name that isn’t on any of the leaked images for the show is the current Universal Champion and the man who has main evented the past five SummerSlam events, Brock Lesnar.

The Beast was due to take some time away from WWE five months ago after he dropped his Championship to Roman Reigns and he was expected to then lose the rematch, but instead Reigns’ leukemia diagnosis forced him to relinquish the title but now the former Champion is back, it’s likely that Lesnar will take that much needed break.
