The night before Survivor Series last year saw the return of the War Games match as Undisputed Era battled Sanity, The Authors of Pain and Roderick Strong inside the WCW structure, and it’s now official that War Games will make its return in less than three weeks time.
The Undisputed Era, War Raiders, Pete Dunne and Ricochet will all step into the structure after the scheduled match between Era and War Raiders became an all-out brawl all over the arena last night on NXT. General Manager William Regal has had enough of the eight men causing havoc and taking over his show, so he decided that the only way to settle this feud was to put them inside one of WWE’s most sadistic matches.

This wasn’t the only match that was made official last night at Full Sail as Aleister Black went in search of Johnny Gargano, who wasn’t present at the arena but instead found Regal who granted him a match that would allow him to extract some form of revenge against the former Tag Team Champion.

Tommaso Ciampa, on the other hand, will be forced to defend his NXT Championship against The Velveteen Dream in Los Angeles, but one man who wasn’t impressed about this announcement was Lars Sullivan, who vowed to rip Dream apart before he was able to make it to War Games.
atVelveteenWWE wants you to say his name.
I want you to remember my name.

It’s likely that the NXT Championship match will become a triple threat in the coming weeks, but the other matches that have been officially announced are expected to remain unchanged as the build-up to NXT’s final event of the calendar year looks to be well and truly underway.
