TJ Perkins Chronicles His Workout With Boxing Champion Manny Pacquiao

Endurance training is a regular part of the fitness regimen of any WWE Superstar, but this week, WWE 205 Live star TJ Perkins mixed it up a bit by training with one of the best boxers of all time, Manny Pacquiao.

TJP was born and raised in the United States, but his roots hail back to the Philippines. The inaugural Cruiserweight champion is proud of his heritage, often displaying the Philippine flag on his ring attire. He also goes by the nickname the Fil-Am Flash.

TJP was quite enthusiastic about spending some time with another fellow Filipino and a legend in his own right and chronicled his day with the Pac-Man on his Instagram.

They also took the time to shoot some hoops. Pacquiao may be famous for his boxing skills but he’s an avid basketball player and fan. He was a playing coach for the Philippine Basketball Association for several years.

TJP is currently feuding with the Lucha House Party on WWE 205 Live and allied with Mike and Maria Kanellis. He has unmasked Lince Dorado and Kallisto, but failed to defeat and unmask Gran Metalik during the latest edition of 205 live that aired on November 21.
