TJP was released from WWE back in February along with Hideo Itami and Tye Dillinger where it was reported that TJP was actually fired from the company rather than release. 



This was off the back of a report that stated that Vince McMahon wasn&#8217;t happy about his new tattoos, something that WWE superstars need to gain approval for before they can add them to their skin. Perkins recently took part in an interview with <a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="The Eat Sleep Suplex Retweet Podcast (opens in a new tab)" href="https://eatsleepsuplexretweet.wordpress.com/2019/03/30/tj-perkins-interview/" target="_blank">The Eat Sleep Suplex Retweet Podcast</a> where he revealed that his departure was a mutual decision but one that had been coming for a while.

TJP went on to state that he had made contact with All Elite Wrestling since his departure and it&#8217;s somewhere he&#8217;s interested in heading to.
