This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW was graced with the surprise debuts of 4 top NXT stars – Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Aleister Black and Ricochet.

The One And Only was the first to kick-off the party as he teamed up with new WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor to defeat Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush.

Next in line were DIY (Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano). The joint NXT champs battled RAW Tag Team Champions The Revival in a non-title match. A superkick – flying knee combo on Scott Dawson would allow Blackheart to pin his opponent for the huge win.

Finally, it was time for Aleister Black. The Harbinger of Fury squared off against Elias (after interrupting his performance) and scored his first main roster victory.

All 4 victors reacted to their RAW debuts during separate backstage interviews.

“I’m speechless…15 years of hard work, 15 years of sweat, 15 years of tears, 15 years of just eating crow. It’s a dream come true. The WWE Universe is the reason why I’m here today”

Johnny Gargano:

I am one of those types of people that kind of takes things as they come. This has all been such a whirlwind…I’m incredibly numb.”

Tommaso Ciampa:

“This is not a surprise. We’re the two best performers in all of WWE. We turned NXT into the A-show. We walked into Monday Night RAW and we beat the tag team champions on our first night…I am The Greatest Sports Entertainer Of All Time. [Pointing to Gargano] He is Johnny Wrestling…You will call us champions, you will call us legends, you will remember us forever.”

Aleister Black:

“The significance is an impression. An impression that is not only heard but felt and Elias felt that. With him, the entire WWE Universe, every Superstar whether it is the Raw or SmackDown locker room now has the same realization that Aleister Black is not the status quo.”

Lars Sullivan took to Twitter to comment on the 4 debutants’ first RAW performances. The tweet was deleted later on.
