Ciampa’s Injury Update

It has been about six months since Tommaso Ciampa was forced to relinquish his NXT Championship.

Back in March, Ciampa gave up the title as he needed to get neck surgery. In a Tweet, he recently noted that it’s been six months since his surgery.

Ciampa recently posted an update on his condition, noting that he’s still bound and determined to get back to the ring and to earn back his championship which he calls “Goldie”.

“I am no stranger to this game,” writes Ciampa in a Tweet, seeming to reference his recovery from injury.

He then goes on to promise that he will not just be returning but will be doing so: Better. Stronger. Faster.

Despite Ciampa’s optimistic tone, there’s no official word on when he will be back on TV, much less in the ring. As for “Goldie”, she’ is currently held by the Undisputed Era’s Adam Cole.

Rusev Shares New Look

WWE Superstar Rusev and his wife Lana have been off WWE television for some time now. The two are reported to have requested some time off.

While there is no official word about when they will return, Rusev seems to be keeping busy by trying out new looks. Last month he posted a photo of himself clean-shaven, this month he’s posted yet another cosmetic change to himself.

In a recent Instagram post, Rusev can be seen with hair that seems a little shorter or at least more slicked back than we last saw him and with a mustache.

The last time that we saw Rusev on WWE TV was during the WWE Super ShowDown event in Jeddah. He was part of the 50-Man Battle Royal. He has since made a handful of live event appearances but been absent from TV as has Lana.
