Real Madrid did the unthinkable in May, 2018 by becoming the first ever football club to become European Champions three years in a row.
Zinedine Zidane led the team to victory in three different Champions League finals against Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Liverpool.
The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric and Toni Kroos have become synonymous with that incredible feat. It is to be noted that Ronaldo left Real Madrid shortly after the FIFA World Cup Russia to join Juventus this season. CR7 will be showing off his skills in Serie A.
Real Madrid scored this amazing triumph this year with a 3-1 victory over Liverpool, thanks to Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale for leading their team to victory on that historic night.
WWE has a history of working with various football clubs and notable players in the past and Superstars such as Rusev, Sheamus as well as Cesaro are avid fans of the sport.
Three years ago, WWE staged an unforgettable segment between British wrestler Bad News Barrett and Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney during a RAW show in the UK.
Barrett taunted Rooney first on the mic and then at ringside. The former Reds striker had enough and ultimately slapped the 5-time Intercontinental Champion in the face.
