Triple H tore his pectoral muscle at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia last week when he took a bad bump to the outside. Over the past few days there have been rumors that the COO of WWE will be forced to undergo surgery, but up till now, there has been no word on how bad the injury is.

Triple H updated the WWE Universe to state that he would be undergoing surgery today as well as sharing a gruesome picture of his injuries.
The Game was reportedly slated to face Batista at next year’s WrestleMania after The Animal seemingly called out his longtime friend as part of the celebrations on SmackDown 1000. This match is now up in the air since surgery of this kind would leave Triple H on the sidelines for around five months, which is when WrestleMania is scheduled to take place.
There are reports now suggesting that WWE could go with Randy Orton against Batista instead, which was the original main event for WrestleMania 30 before Daniel Bryan defeated The Game and inserted himself into the match.
Orton is obviously another member of Evolution and would perhaps be the best choice to replace The Game, but right now it isn’t a hundred percent that Triple H is off the show. There could be a way for him to work a much lighter match instead since he has a long history of always being part of proceedings on the Grandest Stage of them all.
Triple H will definitely be missing from WWE TV now until 2019, but the build surrounding The Royal Rumble will give the WWE Universe some kind of hint when it comes to which matches will take place at WrestleMania 35.
