Last week it was revealed that The Shield will be competing at the WWE Super Show-Down event in Melbourne, Australia. Now, WWE has announced who the trio will be facing at the super event on October 6, 2018.
Coming straight out of this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, it was announced that The Shield will lock horns with the team of Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre at the Super Show-Down.
Strowman, Ziggler and McIntyre laid waste to WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose in the main event of RAW this week.
WWE has also announced that RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey will be teaming up with The Bella Twins to clash against The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan).
Here is the updated match card for WWE Super Show-Down:
-Triple H vs. The Undertaker (for the last time ever)
-The Shield vs. Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre
-John Cena and Bobby Lashley vs. Kevin Owens and Elias
-Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz (winner will get a future shot at the WWE Championship)
-Ronda Rousey and The Bella Twins vs. The Riott Squad
WWE Super Show-Down will emanate from the Melbourne Cricket Ground, East Melbourne, Australia on October 6, 2018. The event can be livestreamed on the WWE Network. The show will air worldwide at 6 P.M. AEST/4 A.M. ET.
