Has Dean Ambrose Already Been Written Off WWE TV?
Dean Ambrose hasn’t appeared on WWE TV since he was defeated by Drew McIntyre, despite appearing after Raw went off the air last week in Chicago.
Ambrose has been the subject of a lot of speculation over the past few weeks, since it was revealed by the company that he had opted not to sign a new contract when his expires next month.
It’s easy to see that WWE wrote Ambrose off WWE TV with that match against McIntyre, which is why the latest update isn’t great reading for some hardcore fans of the former WWE Champion.
According to Cagesideseats‘ daily update, Ambrose is not expected to appear on WWE TV now in the future and isn’t set to be part of WrestleMania 35 either. The former World Champion seems to have now been written off WWE TV until after his contract expires.
Kurt Angle vs AJ Styles Planned For This Week’s SmackDown Live
Kurt Angle makes his return to SmackDown Live this week to take on AJ Styles in his final match as part of the brand. Angle was a huge part of the blue brand for a number of years, but now the WWE Hall of Famer is building towards his final match of his career at WrestleMania and AJ Styles just stepped in his path.
Angle and Styles have quite the history together but interestingly this is the first time that the two men have ever faced off in a WWE ring and it is expected to be quite a memorable affair since Angle’s WrestleMania opponent may not be concrete at present.
Angle is set to take on Baron Corbin at WrestleMania in less than two weeks, but negative reactions to the announcement could lead to WWE changing their mind and this match with Styles could set up something interesting.
