Dolph Ziggler reveals what WWE deal he has had for the past two years

Dolph Ziggler hasn’t been seen on WWE TV for a number of months, since he was last seen at the Royal Rumble back in January when he entered the match at number 28 before making it to the final four.

Ziggler is currently concentrating on his stand up comedy career and is expected to miss this year’s WrestleMania, but he recently appeared on Wrestling Inside The Ropes, where he was asked if he was currently on a handshake deal with WWE which means that he can return at any time.

“Technically, I am, yes, It’s weird because for the last two years I’ve had somewhat of a handshake agreement, kind of behind closed doors deal with WWE. I’ve been able to do a lot of things, on my own, not at WWE, just because of the relationship we’ve had for the last 14 years. I have a bit of a handshake agreement right now, but we’ll know some more details in the coming months,” he said via WrestlingInc.

Kofi Kingston could make history next week on SmackDown Live

Kofi Kingston is a former United States Champion but the one Championship that has always alluded him is the WWE title. Next week on SmackDown he will be forced to run the gauntlet when he takes on Randy Orton, Erick Rowan, Samoa Joe and The Bar.

According to WWE Stats & Info on Twitter, if Kingston starts the match at number one and continue through to win the match then he will make history since no man has ever eliminated more than four opponents and won a gauntlet match on WWE TV.

Kingston is expected to win the match and go on to challenge for the WWE Championship since his is the Cinderella story on SmackDown Live right now and a win would give him another huge record.
