The Revival were finally given their shot at the Tag Team Championships on Raw last night after being taken out of the equation by Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler a few weeks ago.
The former NXT Tag Team Champions were attacked backstage before they could come out for their match with The B-Team and Ziggler and McIntyre then took their place in the match and won the titles.
The Revival took on Ziggler and McIntyre last night on Raw and according to a report by Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, (via Ringsidenews) Vince McMahon was very high on the match and obviously enjoyed the in-ring chemistry that all four men shared.
It was a fantastically worked match by all four men that was only let down by one botchy moment between Dolph Ziggler and Dash Wilder when Wilder accidentally dropped Ziggler whilst he was in the Famousser position.
McIntyre and Ziggler were able to retain their titles in the match and will now go on to team with Braun Strowman against The Shield at Super Show-Down in Australia next weekend.
The fact that Vince McMahon is finally seeing just how great The Revival are as tag team wrestlers can only bode well for Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, who have been somewhat overlooked ever since they made their way up to the main roster.
The Revival has the potential to be the best tag team on the Raw roster if they receive the backing of the WWE Chairman, so hopefully, the fact that Vince McMahon was high on this match means that The Revival could be given more Championship matches in the coming months.
