<p>WrestleMania 36 is set to air this weekend (April 4th and 5th) as a pre-taped show on the WWE Network. The biggest wrestling pay-per-view of the year has been filmed across multiple unannounced locations as well as the Performance Center with no spectators in attendance.</p>



<p>WWE&#8217;s latest celebrity signee <strong>Rob Gronkowski </strong>will host WrestleMania this year and fans should brace themselves for all the power-packed drama the former NFL star has in store for them this weekend.</p>



<p>On <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="http://www.espn.com/espnradio/podcast/archive/_/id/16787314" target="_blank">Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show</a>, <strong>Triple H</strong> revealed that the entire WrestleMania program will feature live content alongside the matches that have already been taped and edited.</p>

People have said ‘what are your plans for Gronk?’ I said we don’t have plans for Gronk, Gronk has plans for us…I think he’s going to do some really cool stuff that people will be shocked that he actually does. I think that the event itself will be spectacular while obviously not in a stadium with 70-80,000 people.”</p></blockquote>



<p>WWE had to change their ways of programming to cope with the restrictions and obstacles arising out of the COVID-19 situation. The WWE Universe ended up witnessing empty arena shows that lacked intensity and grit but WrestleMania 36 appears to be a completely different story altogether.</p>

I think that talent really stepped up to bring the energy and the excitement knowing how important this was. And there’s a lot of things things that will take place, both live and taped that will be taking place from alternative locations.”</p></blockquote>



<p>Given the techniques and unique planning WWE had to implement to produce WrestleMania as well as RAW, SmackDown and NXT, there&#8217;s a tremendous chance of the company changing their methodology once the coronavirus situation is completely neutralized and things return to normal.</p>
