<p>A patch for WWE 2K Battlegrounds is being released as early as tonight by WWE Games.</p>



<p>The patch will remove an image of former Impact Wrestling star Tessa Blanchard, which has been spotted in the game background.</p>



<p>Impact photographer Basil Mahmud, who took the image of Blanchard, had complained that the photo was used without his permission.</p>



<p>He has identified the photo as the one he took of Blanchard shortly after she had won the Impact World Title earlier this year.</p>



<p>Mahmud had talked to the game developers and they had agreed to take down the image.</p>
