Bray Wyatt returned to WWE this past weekend when he accepted Baron Corbin’s open challenge at Starrcade and was then able to defeat him twice after the match was made into a no disqualification match.
Following the match, Elias, Finn Balor and Wyatt beatdown the Acting General Manager of Raw which has led many fans to believe that a multi-man match could be taking place at TLC instead.
This week, Corbin, Bobby Lashley, and Drew McIntyre targeted Elias at the beginning of the show and Finn Balor as the show came to a close, which means that the two men could make the decision to team together following the attack and then ask Wyatt for assistance.
All current storylines point to a six-man tag team match if Braun Strowman isn’t fit to make his return to the company at TLC, but the match could have the same gimmick added to it when it comes to Corbin’s future as an authority figure.
TLC is now just over two weeks away and it appears that the rest of the card is taking shape but this match will remain up in the air until the company is aware of whether or not Strowman will be able to make an appearance as part of the show.
The Wrestling Observer is currently reporting that Bray Wyatt could be kept as a surprise for TLC much like Starrcade as WWE leaves Elias and Balor to find a partner for the show in the hopes that it will be either Strowman or his former Wyatt Family teammate. This could be why Wyatt didn’t make an appearance this week on Monday Night Raw.
