According to PWInsider, WWE filed a lawsuit against the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services on January 26. This is probably done because an employee or a wrestler is unable to travel back to the States.
Royal Rumble is approaching and WWE doesn’t have a lot of time left to prepare for WrestleMania 37. Due to the ongoing global pandemic, many superstars couldn’t come to work last year and this seems to be the case again.
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services has 60 days to respond to the company’s lawsuit.
The amended pleading must be submitted by March 27, per court records, with discovery complete by July 8.
