WWE recently released a video on YouTube featuring Cathy Kelley which shows how The Empress of Tomorrow, Asuka has corrected several fans who called her “Queen” instead of “Empress” on Instagram. Asuka made it clear in her comments that she wants to be addressed as “Empress”. It is to be noted that “Queen” refers to former SmackDown Women’s Champion refers to Charlotte Flair. It is to be noted that the reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion, Carmella is referred to as “Princess”. The Queen brought an end to The Empress’ undefeated streak in a title match at WrestleMania 34.
SmackDown Women’s Champion Carmella once again lashed out at fan criticism on social media, this time calling out Twitter trolls as she is set to defend her championship against The Queen, Charlotte Flair at WWE Backlash on May 6, 2018.
“Carmella can’t wrestle!” – every single twitter troll. ?? I haven’t had a singles match on a PPV since Dec 2016. I’ve been putting in work since then. Can’t wait to prove y’all wrong at #WWEBacklash. Just don’t jump on the bandwagon bc I DONT need your support. ?????
