The Dudley Boyz are arguably seen as one of the greatest tag teams of all time, but in recent years the former nine-time Tag Team Champions haven’t been seen in a WWE ring.
D-Von and Bubba Ray left WWE following their latest stint back in 2016, before D-Von returned just a month later and accepted a job as a backstage producer in the company.
Over the past few years, D-Von has been spotted making cameo appearances backstage on both Raw and SmackDown but has officially hung up his wrestling boots.
Back in November, it was reported that the former Tag Team Champion had taken some time away from WWE following some health issues even though no details were revealed at the time.
As part of the most recent episode of Table Talk, D-Von revealed that he had suffered a stroke.
“I had a stroke, and now I’m doing so much better man. I am back to my normal self almost.”
The WWE Hall of Famer didn’t comment further on the topic but assured fans that he is doing much better to the point that he is almost back to his normal self.
Everyone here at WrestlingWorld wishes D-Von all the best in his recovery.
