WWE Superstar and kayfabe son of Monday Night RAW General Manager Kurt Angle, Jason Jordan is set to return to the ring following a neck injury back in January that required “minimally invasive operation to decompress the nerve” as described by WWE Medical Director Dr. Joseph Maroon.
PWInsider reports that Jordan is expected to be back travelling next week with the WWE crew ahead of his in-ring return in May, 2018. Jordan was removed by WWE from all live events in January following his injury, still being featured in non-physical roles, leading to Jordan and Seth Rollins lose the RAW Tag Team Championship to Sheamus & Cesaro at the 2018 Royal Rumble in a match which saw Rollins battle all by himself against The Bar. In February, Jordan was written off the storylines which would cost him WrestleMania 34.
It is to be noted that Jordan’s former partner American Alpha partner Chad Gable joined the red brand following the Superstar Shakeup on April 16, 2018.
