This week on NXT, Pete Dunne, Oney Lorcan, and Danny Burch attacked Killian Dain and Drake Maverick in brutal fashion.
Following the assault, Pat McAfee joined the heels in the ring and cut a promo on the history of The Undisputed Era.
McAfee talked about the success of The Undisputed Era and their dominance in NXT since 2017.
McAfee further noted that Superstars like Lorcan and Burch were pushed aside because Adam Cole’s faction was getting a “push” on the black-and-gold brand which empowered the group to do whatever it wanted.
The former NFL punter then explained that Dunne developed a bitter taste for The Undisputed Era ever since Roderick Strong turned on him years ago.
McAfee then threw an Undisputed Era flag in a trash can and Dunne lit it on fire.
On their way back, the four men got attacked by Dain and Maverick but The Kings Of NXT bounced back and injured The Beast of Belfast badly in the process.
