It’s been a stacked night of action on WWE Raw with WWE laying down the foundations for next month’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view. The WWE Championship match between Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre was announced at the top of the show and it appears that the Raw Women’s Championship will now be a controversial one as well.

Sasha Banks is technically a SmackDown superstar, but since she has the Women’s Tag Team Championship, she is allowed to move over to all three brands. The Boss has used this privilege to challenge Asuka for the Raw Women’s Championship at Extreme Rules.

Banks and Bayley were able to retain their Women’s Tag Team Championships this week on Raw in their match against the IIconics before Banks cut an interesting promo.

The Blueprint seemed to be teasing that she wanted Bayley’s Championship, but at the last minute, she announced that she wanted to challenge Asuka.

The Empress of Tomorrow made her way to the ring following the challenge and after she was able to defeat Charlotte this week on Raw.

She accepted the challenge but was then beaten down by Bayley and Banks as they looked to send a message ahead of next month’s Championship showdown.
