WWE Raw Preview Tonight, July 20: Randy Orton Collides With Big Show in an Unsanctioned Match

Unsanctioned Match | Randy Orton vs. Big Show

Tonight’s main event of RAW will witness Randy Orton taking on Big Show in an unsanctioned match at the Performance Center in Orlando.

Having defeated Edge in “The Greatest Wrestling Match Ever” at Backlash, Orton clashed with Christian the following night on RAW. Things didn’t end too well for Captain Charisma as The Legend Killer brutalized his opponent and made him leave the venue on a stretcher. Now, The World’s Largest Athlete is on a mission to put Orton back in his place.

While Big Show aims to get retribution for his friends, Orton is more than willing to add the giant’s name to his list of victims.

MVP Ushers in a New Era

MVP’s latest United States Title victory was as easy as things could get in today’s ultra-competitive WWE environment. Apollo Crews’ positive coronavirus test report forced WWE to put the title on MVP, but according to the storyline narrative, the former champion had failed his pre-match physical that made him unable to compete at Extreme Rules, thereby awarding Mr. 305 the title victory via forfeit.

Tonight, MVP will usher in a new era as the new United States Champion with his customized, gaudy strap. With Bobby Lashley standing in MVP’s corner, is there anyone in the locker room capable of dethroning the veteran Superstar?

Fate of The Raw Women’s Championship

At The Horror Show at Extreme Rules, Sasha Banks dethroned Asuka in a controversial fashion to become the new RAW Women’s Champion. While Bayley’s role as a makeshift referee earned The Boss the status of Double Champion, the official WWE website still lists The Empress as the current titleholder.

Tonight on the red brand, the status of the RAW Women’s Title will be addressed as Asuka plans to seek retribution against The Role Models.

Aleister Black to Take on Seth Rollins

After the brutal Eye for an Eye match at Extreme Rules, Seth Rollins will face Aleister Black who is out to make Rollins pay for his actions.
