WWE Raw: Randy Orton Reveals That He Suffered First Degree Burns in Fireball Attack

Randy Orton kicked off this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw just a week after he was attacked by Alexa Bliss with a fireball.

The Viper was seen wearing a mask over most of his face, but the holes allowed the WWE Universe to see some of the damage that the fireball had done to his face.

Orton revealed that he had suffered first degree burns and claimed that he thought he was lucky since he could have been disfigured for life.

The former WWE Champion was wearing the scars from his altercation with the former Women’s Champion but claimed that this wouldn’t prevent him from competing in The Royal Rumble match since he could wrestle through the pain.

Pain was something that Orton revealed that he had started to enjoy, which showed that the former Champion was starting to turn to the same side as The Fiend.

Original plans reportedly called for Orton to take on The Fiend in a gimmick match at the Royal Rumble, but The Viper has made it clear that he will remain in the Rumble match and could instead wrestle The Fiend in his own backyard at a later date.
