Last week on RAW, The Authors of Pain made a huge mistake when they attempted to beat down Rey Mysterio in front of Samoa Joe. The Samoan Submission Machine tried to help Mysterio by taking the fight to The AOP, but he was then put through the announce table for his troubles.

Joe had been on commentary for a number of weeks following Dio Madden’s attack at the hands of Brock Lesnar, but it appears that his commentary days are now behind him since Joe was the man who came out and made the save this week on RAW when AOP looked to beatdown Kevin Owens.

Backstage, Joe and Owens were removed from the arena, but they stated that they were both on the same page and it seems that AOP has made some powerful enemies and it could all come to a head in just three weeks’ time as part of the 2020 Royal Rumble.

Elsewhere on RAW, Charlotte Flair announced that she will be part of the Women’s Royal Rumble match in just three weeks’ time at the pay-per-view of the same name in Texas. Flair became the first woman to announce that she will be part of the third annual Women’s Royal Rumble match and it appears that the show is now going to begin to take shape.

In recent years, both Asuka and Becky Lynch have walked out as Women’s Royal Rumble winners and as of yet, Charlotte is the only woman on any brand to announce her place in the match where the winner will be handed a Championship match at WrestleMania.

Flair isn’t currently part of a feud, but she issued an open challenge on RAW, a Challenge that was accepted by Natalya, someone who is also without a feud on the company’s flagship show.
