<p>The Miz cashed in his Money in the Bank contract at TLC on Sunday night, but was unsuccessful in his quest to become WWE Champion. </p>



<p>The former Mr. Money in the Bank was dejected following his loss this week on Raw, before AJ&#8217;s bodyguard Omos reminded him that it was in fact John Morrison who cashed in the contract on his behalf. </p>

<p>This led to The Miz stating that the rule was that he was the only one who was able to cash in his contract, no one else could do that for him, so he should be given the contract back. </p>



<p>Before there could be any kind of response, Drew McIntyre made his way to the ring and looked to offer the WWE Universe a preview of their impending street fight. </p>



<p>The Money in the Bank cash-in appeared to be a knee-jerk reaction to the recent rating issues for WWE and this could be a way for the company to now pull this back and allow The Miz to take his contract into the new year. </p>



<p>At present, it&#8217;s unknown as to whether or not this is a definite loophole, but it appears as though The Miz does have a solid case. </p>
