Tables, Ladders, and Chairs on December 20th will see AJ Styles face off against Drew McIntyre for the first time in his career.
The WWE Championship will be on the line after Styles was able to win the opportunity to challenge for the Championship that the Scottish star currently holds around his waist.
This week’s episode of Raw was the penultimate stop for the red brand on the road to TLC and AJ Styles was the guest on Miz TV.
As part of his appearance, the announcement was made that the match between McIntyre and Styles would be a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Match for the WWE Championship.
Of course, this added stipulation means that everything will be legal at TLC and since the former WWE Champion has a seven-foot bodyguard called Omos who could decide to interfere.
The Miz will also be watching the match closely and determining whether or not it’s worth trying to cash in his Money in the Bank contract.
This means there will be two TLC matches on the card this year since the match between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens has already been announced as a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match as well.
