<p>Mickie James came up short in her quest for her seventh Women&#8217;s Championship last week on Raw when the referee seemingly made a mistake and called the finish to her match prematurely. </p>



<p>James was given another shot when she took on Zelina Vega this week on Raw, with the winner challenging for the Raw Women&#8217;s Championship Sunday night at Clash of Champions. </p>

<p>Vega already made a statement when she slapped the Women&#8217;s Champion last week on Raw and was able to defeat Mickie James with a backstabber this week to secure herself a shot at the Championship this weekend. </p>



<p>Following the match, it was revealed that the Women&#8217;s Championship match would take place as part of the kick-off Show at Clash of Champions. </p>
